舒肝解郁胶囊改善老年心血管疾病患者伴抑郁障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊改善伴有抑郁障碍老年心血管病患者的临床疗效。方法将88例患者随机分为实验组(45例,采用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗)和观察组(43例,采用帕罗西汀治疗)。以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和主观幸福感采用费城老年中心信心量表(PGC)评定疗效和主观幸福感,以不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定药物副作用。结果 1两组有效率分别为88.4%和94.9%(χ2=0.43,P>0.05)。2两组HAMD量表评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),实验组降低更明显(t=2.4002,P<0.05)。3治疗8周后两组PGC量表量表总分及因子分均较治疗前升高(P均<0.05),但实验组在总分、激越因子、孤独与不满因子升高更明显(t=4.0624,2.7058,2.7306,P均<0.05)。4两组副反应率分别为6.98%和43.59%(t=10.34,P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊对伴有抑郁情绪的老年心血管病患者安全有效,值得推广使用。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical curative effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule in senile patients with depressive disorder and cardiovascular disease. METHODS 88 patients were randomly divided into the study group （45 cases, treated by Shugan Jieyu capsule） and control group （43 cases, treated with Pa Rossi Dean）. Hamilton De- pression Scale （HAMD） and subjective well-being of the Philadelphia Geriatric Center Morale Scale （PGC） and subjective happiness sense were used to assess the efficacy, adverse reactions symptom scale （TESS） was used to as- sess drug side effects. RESULTS （1）The efficiency of the two groups were 88.4% and 94. 9% （ X2 = 0. 43, P 〉 0. 05）. （2）The two groups of HAMD scale scores were decreased significantly compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05） ,the study group was significantly lower （ t = 2. 4002, P 〈 0.05 ）. 8 weeks after the treatment, two groups ofPGC scale scores and factor scores were higher than before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but the study group in the total score, agitation,loneliness and dissatisfaction factor factor increased obviously （ t = 4. 0624,2. 7058,2. 7306, P 〈 0.05）. The two groups of adverse reaction rate were 6.98% and 43.59% （t = 10. 34,P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Shugan Jieyu capsule on elderly patients with cardiovascular disease associated with anxiety efficacy and efficacy of paroxetine quite small adverse reactions, suitable for clinical use.
