百癣夏塔热片联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗寻常痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察百癣夏塔热片联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法选择近年来收治的71例寻常痤疮患者,随机分为两组,治疗组采用百癣夏塔热片联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗,对照组采用复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为86.84%和66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.12,P<0.05)。结论百癣夏塔热片联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常痤疮疗效好,并且优于单用复方甘草酸苷治疗,可以作为寻常痤疮的一个安全有效的治疗手段。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baixuan Xiatare Tablets combined Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules in the treatment of acne vulgaris. METHODS 71 acne vulgaris patients were randomly divid- ed into two groups, the treatment group received Baixuan Xiatare Tablets combined Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules, In the control group were used Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules, and compared the effects of 2 groups of pa- tients. RESULTS At the end of treatment, the effective rates for treatment GrouG and control Grouo were 86.84% and 66. 67% respectively. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . CONCLUSION Baixuan Xiatare Tablets combined compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules is more effective than Com- pound Glycyrrhizin Capsules alone in the treatment of acne vulgaris, it could be a good choice for combination therapy of ache vtlGaris.
