血栓通注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究血栓通治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法抽取2013年10月~2014年10月在我院就诊的400例冠心病心绞痛患者进行临床研究,随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组患者均接受常规治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上接受血栓通注射液治疗,观察比对两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果经治疗,两组患者的心绞痛症状均得到不同程度改善,治疗组患者的临床疗效（87.0%,80.0%）明显优于对照组（80.0%,55.0%）,具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论血栓通注射液对于冠心病心绞痛具有很好的临床疗效,可帮助冠心病心绞痛患者缓解症状,提高临床疗效并取得较好的生活质量,可在临床广泛推广。OBJECTIVE To explore clinical efficacy of Xueshuantong in the treatment of angina pectoris of cor- onary heart disease. METHODS From October 2013 - October 2014 the clinical study was performed in 400 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital, patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups were treated with conventional therapy, patients in the treatment group were fur- ther accept Xueshuantong injection, the clinical efficacy and ratio of adverse reactions the of two groups were ob- served. RESULTS After treatment, two groups of patients with angina symptoms were improved in different de- grees,the clinical curative effect of treatment group（87% ,80% ） was significantly better than the control group （80% ,55% ） ,with statistical difference （P 〈 0.05） , there were no serious adverse reaction in two groups. CON- CLUSION The Xueshuantong injection has good clinical curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart dis- ease, may help alleviate the symptoms, improve the clinical curative effect and better quality of life, and can be used widely in clinical.
