摘 要:无轴承永磁薄片电机是一种具有广泛应用前景的无轴承电机,为了保证电机可靠运行、薄片转子稳定悬浮,研究的关键在于准确检测转子位置。为克服传感器成本高、难以实现高速化的问题,提出了一种基于无轴承永磁薄片电机电感矩阵推算转子位置的方法。首先介绍了无轴承薄片电机薄片转子的悬浮原理,在推导无传感器相关公式的基础上,构建了无轴承永磁薄片电机无传感器运行的矢量控制系统仿真模型及数字控制系统试验平台,并进行了仿真研究和试验。结果表明,该自检测方法可以准确获取薄片电机转子的位置信息,确保薄片电机无位置传感器控制系统的稳定运行。The bearingless permanent magnet slice motor( BPMSM) a kind of bearingless motors has wide application prospect. It is the focus in measuring the slice rotor position accurately to operate it reliably and levitate the rotor stably.The method based on BPMSM inductance matrix estimating rotor position was proposed to solve difficulties in high sensor cost and high speed hardly. Firstly,the suspension principle of BPMSM was discussed,the theoretical aspects were deduced. The vector system simulation model of BPMSM sensorless operation was constructed to meet the need,then the experiment was performed. The experiment results were presented to verify the proposed sensorless method that can estimate the rotor position of BPMSM,the system operates reliably.
