摘  要:传统的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统中依据电压模型法计算求得定子磁链Ψs在两相静止坐标系中的α,β分量Ψsα,Ψsβ,进而计算出定子磁链位置角θse,从而实现了定子磁场定向。应用该方法计算求得的定子磁链位置角θse,其准确度受定子电阻Rs的影响,在电机实际运行过程中,由于发热等原因将会造成Rs的数值发生变化,非定值,因此该方法计算求得的定子磁链位置角θse存在一定的误差。建立了基于转子磁场定向的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制的数学模型,该数学模型在转子磁场能够精确定位的基础上加上转矩角δ,即能够实现对定子磁场的精确定位,避免了由于电机自身参数变化造成的计算误差,为进一步提高电机的控制精度提供了理论基础。该数学模型为永磁同步电机直接转矩控制的仿真研究、实验研究及结构设计提供了理论依据。仿真和实验结果表明基于转子磁场定向的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制的数学模型具有较高的准确性和一定的可行性。Traditional direct torque control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) calculate the components( Ψsα,Ψsβ) of stator flux linkage(Ψs) in the two-phase static coordinate system based on voltage model method and then calculate the stator flux linkage angle θse,which has realized the stator magnetic field orientation. Because of the influence of stator resistance Rs,which value is not constant in result from reasons such as the heating of the motor in the process of its running,therefore,there is a certain error of θseobtained. This paper refers to a mathematical model based on rotor magnetic field orientation of PMSM direct torque control,aiming at realizing the precise positioning of the stator magnetic field on the basis of the accurate positioning of the rotor magnetic filed and torque angle δ,which can avoid the calculation error caused by parameters variation of motor itself and has the vital significance to improve the control precision of the machine. The establishment of the mathematical model provides theoretical basis on the simulation research,experimental analysis and structure design of the system of the motor. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed mathematical model based on rotor magnetic field orientation of PMSM direct torque control is feasible and accurate.
