摘　　要：心力衰竭为各种心脏疾病的严重和终末阶段,发病率及病死率高,为最重要的心血管疾病之一。心力衰竭可分为收缩性心力衰竭和舒张性心力衰竭,临床上以射血分数降低的收缩性心力衰竭多见。近年来人们对表现相对较隐匿的舒张性心力衰竭已逐渐加以重视,但其发病机制、诊断方法及治疗等仍缺乏统一的标准。With the higher rate of morbidity and mortality,heart failure is one of the most important cardiovascular diseases,which often would be the serious and final stage of various cardiac diseases. Heart failure can be divided into two types： systolic and diastolic heart failure. Clinically,the systolic heart failure with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction is more common. However,in recent years,doctors have gradually paid more attention to the occult heart failure. Up to date,no golden standard on the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment is given.
