MS和生长素浓度对大樱桃“明珠”组培苗生根的影响

摘　　要：以大樱桃品种"明珠"组培苗为外植体,研究MS培养基浓度,IBA和NAA浓度对组培苗生根的影响。结果表明:生根培养过程中,在MS中生根效果好;在MS培养基中添加不同种类生长素时,对大樱桃组培苗生根及苗生长有影响。当MS培养基中加入NAA时,大樱桃组培苗生根效果显著好于IBA,0.5 mg/L的NAA对大樱桃生根苗的茎叶及根的生长最有利。In present study,using tissue seedlings of sweet cherry ‘Mingzhu＇as materials,the effects of MS medium,IBA and NAA concentrations on rooting in vitro were studied.The results showed that the MS medium was best suited to rooting in vitro for plantlets,and adding different types of auxins into MS medium resulted in influences on rooting and growth for sweet cherry ‘Mingzhu＇in vitro.For rooting,NAA was more beneficial than IBA,0.5mg/L NAA was optimal.
