关于延边地区玉米农场发展要素重要度分析

摘　　要：运用因子分析法找出影响农场经营的要素及重要度,对延边地区8个县市的玉米种植农户进行问卷调查,整理出数据并进行统计分析。结果表明:发展要素、经营管理、投入、社会环境等因子均对农场的发展产生影响。其中,发展要素对农场经营的影响程度最大,其次是经营管理、投入,影响最小的是社会环境。通过分析得出提高政策效率,减少经费的政策与培训方向,同时指出政策及培训优先顺序。In order to identify the factors affecting farm managements and their importance,aquestionnaire was conducted with corn farmers of eight counties in Yanbian,consequently,the questionnaire data was statistically analyzed using the factor analysis method.The results showed that all the factors including development element,management,investment and social environment had impact on the development of specialized farms.Among the factors,the professional development element had the greatest influence on farm business,followed by the management and investment,the last was the social environment.
