摘  要:研究超声/微波协同法提取北五味子多糖的工艺条件.以五味子多糖提取率为研究指标,在考察提取温度、提取时间、微波功率、料液比和药材粒径的单因素实验基础上,设计正交试验对其工艺参数进行优化.最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度100℃,提取时间为80 min,微波功率600 W,料液比1 40,药材粒径80目,在此最佳条件下,五味子多糖的提取率为11.68%.超声-微波萃取法提取时间短且多糖提取率高,该法为工业化大生产北五味子多糖提供了理论依据和数据支撑.To study the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Schisandra chinensis Baill by ultrasound /microwave-assisted extraction method. Taking the extraction efficiency of polysaccharides as indicative mark,on the basis of single-factor experiments including extraction temperature,extraction time,microwave power,ratio of solid to liquid and particale size of Schisandra chinensis Baill,Orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction technology. The optimum conditions was as follows: extraction temperature of 100 ℃,extraction time of 80 min,microwave power of 600 W,ratio of liquid to solid of 1 40 and sample particle size of 80 meshes.Under these optimum conditions,the extraction efficiency of polysaccharides from S. chinensis have reached11. 68%. With ultrasound-microwave method proposed in this study,the extraction time was shortened and the extraction extraction efficiency of polysaccharides was increased,which provide data support theoretical foundation for industrialize production of polysaccharides from Schisandra chinensis Baill.
