乳块消片中丹参、橘叶与地龙的同板薄层色谱鉴别

摘　　要：目的:考察乳块消片质量控制标准中的薄层鉴别。方法:选择合适的提取方法与色谱条件,使处方中丹参、橘叶与地龙能在同一条件下同一薄层板中进行鉴别。结果:改进提取方法与色谱条件,能在同一薄层条件下同时鉴别以上三味药材,且色谱斑点清晰、无干扰、分离度及重复性好。结论:同板薄层色谱鉴别法经济适用,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective：To establish quality control standards for Rukuaixiao tablets in a thin layer chromatograph. Meth- ods ： Original standard of TLC identification was improved by identifying Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Folium Citri Retieulatae and Pheretima on a TLC plate under the same conditions. Results：The improved TLC method could be used in the simultaneous identification of the three herbs, the spots were clear, and the separation and reproducibility were promising without interference. Conclusion：The simultaneous TLC identification method is economical and applicable, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
