远程监控在儿童哮喘随访中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评估以短信方式对儿童哮喘进行远程监控的效果。方法:80例哮喘患儿随机分为研究组与对照组,比较两组在治疗前、治疗1月、治疗2月、治疗3月的PEFP%(峰流速PEF值占个人预计值的百分比)及儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)值变化。结果:两组患儿在治疗1月、2月、3月时PEFP(%)、C-ACT值均较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义;在治疗1月、2月时,研究组PEFP(%)、C-ACT改变较对照组明显增高,差异有统计学意义;在治疗3月时,两组PEFP(%)均达到正常预计值,C-ACT达到哮喘控制,差异没有统计学意义。结论:通过短信远程监控儿童哮喘,能方便地帮助患儿更快、更好取得肺功能、C-ACT的改善,从而达到哮喘的完全控制。Objective：To evaluate the remote monitoring using SMS in children asthma. Method：80 cases of children with asthma who asked for out-patient services were divided into research group and control group at random. And numbered the children according to their clinic time. Odd numbers were research group and even numbers were control group. And then compared the change of their PEFR% （ the percent of peak expiratory flow rate in personal predicted value） and CACT （Child-Asthma Control Test） value at the time before treated, being treated for a month,2 months and 3 months. Result ：The PEFR （ % ） and C-ACT value of two groups were obviously higher when they were treated for 1 month ,2 months and 3 months than before being treated. The difference was statistically significant. The C-ACT value of research group was obviously higher when they were treated for 1 month and 2 months than control group. The difference was statistically significant. The PEFR （ % ） of both groups had reached normal predicted value when treated for 3 months, while the CACT value of both groups had gained asthma control. The difference wasnt statistically significant. Conclusion： Using SMS to remote monitor children asthma, we can help the children with asthma improve their lung function and C-ACT fas- ter and better, so that they can gain complete asthma control.
