驻京部队基层卫生机构医务人员连续性护理认知状况的调查

摘　　要：目的分析部队基层卫生机构医务人员对连续性护理的认知状况,为更好地开展连续性护理提供依据。方法采用自制问卷对驻京部队6所基层卫生机构的103名医务人员进行调查,分析基层卫生机构连续性护理的开展情况,了解医务人员对连续性护理认知及相关知识的掌握程度。结果 6所基层卫生机构中,有4所已开展连续性护理,103名医务人员均对连续性护理有一定的认识,对连续性护理相关知识的掌握程度处于中等水平。结论部队基层卫生机构连续性护理的开展有待进一步深化,医务人员连续性护理相关知识的培训有待进一步增强。Objective To explore the cognition level of continuous nursing among medical staff in military primary medical institutions, so as to provide evidence for the implementation of continuous nursing.Methods Totally 103 medical staffs from 6 military primary medical institutions were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire, then the continuous nursing implementation situation was anelyzed,assessed the cognitive level of continuous nursing and their mastery level of relevant knowledge were assessed.Results In the 6 military primary medical institutions,there were 4 hospitals carried out continuous nursing.All staffs had a certain cognitive about continuous nursing which was at a moderate level.Conclusion The continuous nursing model in military primary medical institutions should be further improved.Continuous nursing knowledge training among medical personnel should be enhanced.
