摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤患者应用不同方式中心静脉置管的并发症及其症状困扰程度。方法便利抽样选取2013年1月至2014年7月苏州市某三级医院实施肿瘤常规住院化疗患者145例,其中经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central catheters,PICC)组50例、直接中心静脉置管(central venous catheterization,CVC)组50例、植入式静脉输液港(implantable venous access port,PORT)组45例,分别统计置管后并发症的发生率和症状困扰情况。结果三组中心静脉置管后并发症发生率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=9.423,P<0.05),其中CVC组并发症发生率最高;三组中心静脉置管的症状困扰总分无差异性(F=1.266,P>0.05),但各组的主要困扰项目有所不同。结论不同中心静脉置管应用于肿瘤患者各有优点和缺点,应根据患者的情况和需要,为患者提供科学且性价比高的中心静脉置管护理方法,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the complication and symptom distress among different central venous device in tumor patients. Methods By convenience sampling, 145 patients including 50 cases of through peripherally inserted central catheters, 50 cases of through central venous catheterization, and 45 cases of through implantable venous access ports were selected and the complication and symptom distress of three patterns were recorded.Results The differences of the total incidence of complications in the three groups were statistically significant （X2= 9.423,P〈0.05）.The CVC group was with the highest incidence of complication ,and the difference of the total symptom distress among three groups was not statistically significant（F=1.266,P〉0.05）, while each group was with different distress content.Conclusion There are the merits and demerits among three central venous devices,there is the need to provide a scientific and high ratio of central venous device nursing for patients according to their condition and need, and to improve the quality of life of patients.
