摘　　要：生产管理系统(Production Management System,PMS)的推广实施,给电网企业的信息化建设带来巨大的推动作用,提高了电网企业的生产效率与管理水平,目前该系统已进入深化应用阶段。随着其使用规模不断增大、数据量累积的不断增多,系统数据的规范性和准确性越来越重要,文章针对PMS构建了PMS实用化分析评价体系,并对系统数据质量进行了提升。文章构建的PMS实用化分析评价体系涵盖了国家电网的实用化应用指标体系,实现了国家电网对各级单位PMS应用情况的综合评价,可定期自动统计报表并进行实时评价;此外,通过设备参数完整性查询、对异常数据和数据整改进行流程管理实现了数据的质量提升,针对问题数据可直接进入PMS相关模块处理,大幅提高了问题数据的处理效率。文章所构建的PMS实用化分析评价体系和数据质量提升方法已经实现了在国家电网内部的应用,显著提高了PMS的实用化水平,促进了PMS的全面应用、规范应用和深化应用。The PMS （Production Management System, PMS） has improved the production efficiency and management level in power grid enterprises and enters into in-depth application phase. The wide spread application of the PMS brings increasing system data, and the importance of data accuracy and normalization becomes more and more important. This paper proposes a practical analysis and evaluation system which covers the practical index system of SGCC. It can realize the comprehensive evaluation of PMS application in units at all levels of SGCC, regular automatic statistical reports and real-time evaluation can also be realized. The data quality can be improved by the process management of anomaly data, data rectification and the query of the equipment parameters integrity. The problematic data can be handled directly in the corresponding module of PMS, and the problematic data handling efficiency is increased greatly. With the use of the proposed PMS practical analysis and evaluation system and data quality improvement method in SGCC, the practical level of PMS has been improved significantly. It has facilitated the comprehensive, normative and intensive application of PMS.
