摘 要:[目的]探讨IKAP模式健康教育在学龄期白血病患儿腰椎穿刺中的应用效果。[方法]将92例急性白血病患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组患儿给予传统健康教育,观察组患儿给予IKAP模式健康教育,观察两组患儿的腰椎穿刺依从性和焦虑水平。[结果]观察组患儿对腰椎穿刺的依从性明显高于对照组(93.48%vs 65.22%,χ2=11.21,P<0.05);观察组患儿腰椎穿刺前焦虑水平明显低于对照组(t=8.656,P<0.05)。[结论]IKAP模式健康教育可以提高白血病患儿腰椎穿刺的依从性,有效降低焦虑水平,保证临床治疗和护理的顺利进行。Objective:To probe into the application effect of IKAP model health education in lumbar puncture for school age children with leukemia.Methods:A total of 92 children with acute leukemia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each.Children in control group were given traditional health education.The ill children in observation group were given IKAP model of health education.The compli-ance and anxiety level of both groups of patients on lumbar puncture were observed.Results:The compliance of the ill children in observation group with lumbar puncture was significantly higher than that in control group (93.48%vs 65.22%,χ2 = 1 1.21,P 〈0.05).The level of anxiety in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group before lumbar puncture (t=8.656,P〈0.05).Conclusion:IKAP model health educa-tion can improve the compliance of the children with leukemia,reduce the level of anxiety,and ensure the suc-cess of clinical treatment and nursing smoothly.
