摘  要:目的探讨高通量透析对糖尿病肾病(尿毒症期)患者炎症因子的影响。方法选择于该院进行血液透析的糖尿病肾病维持血液透析患者90例,共有85例患者完成此次研究,其中观察组43例,对照组42例。在基础治疗的基础上,分别给予高通量透析和低通量透析,1个月后对比治疗前后的BMI、血压、贫血情况、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胞介素-6(IL-6)和人肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)变化。结果二组患者治疗前后的BMI、血压以及贫血情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组患者hs-CRP、IL-6以及TNF-α水平较治疗前均有显著性下降(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义,而对照组患者hsCRP治疗前后未见明显变化(P>0.05),但血清IL-6以及TNF-α水平较治疗前显著性下降(P<0.05),但下降幅度未及观察组,差异具有统计学意义。结论高通量透析可以更好的清除患者体内炎症因子,对预防患者心血管事件可能会有一定的帮助。Objective To investigate the effect of high-flux hemodialysis on inflammatory cytokines in diabetic nephropathy(Uremia period).Methods A total of 85 DN patients with MHD in 90 patients finished this research,among them experiment set 43,matched control 42.On the basis of foundation treatment,high flux dialysis and low flux dialysis were given respectively,then clinical curative effect and the change of immune targets were observed such as BMI,BP,anemia,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αafter 1 month.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in BMI,blood pressure and anemia(P〉0.05);The levels of i hs-CRP,IL6 and TNF-αn the experimental group patients were significantly decreased(P〈0.01),while the hs-CRP in the control group had no significant change(P〉0.05),but serum IL- 6 and TNF-αlevel were significantly decreased than before treatment(P〈0.05),they were lower than experimental group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Patients with high flux dialysis can better remove inflammation in the body,and it may have certain help in preventing cardiovascular eventst.
