综合护理干预对子宫内膜癌化疗负性情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对子宫内膜癌化疗负性情绪及生活质量作用。方法选取2012年7月—2014年7月来该院治疗的124例子宫内膜癌患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上加用综合护理,比较二组患者的护理效果。结果观察组子宫内膜癌患者的HRSD总分、HAMA总分、SCSQ总分、SAS、SDS、功能量表中的躯体功能、情感功能、认知功能以及症状量表中的恶心、呕吐、疼痛、食欲不振等分值在干预前、后具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论护理人员对子宫内膜癌患者使用综合护理干预,既可以较好改善子宫内膜癌患者的负性情绪,又可以较大提高患者的生活质量,有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life in endometrial cancer chemotherapy.Methods From July 2012 to July 2014,124 cases of endometrial cancer patients were selected randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group received routine nursing care,observation group were used integrated care based on the routine nursing care,then the effect was compared.Results Observation group of patients with endometrial cancer HRSD score,HAMA score,SCSQ score,SAS,SDS,functional scale of physical function,emotional function,cognitive function and symptom scale of nausea,vomiting,pain,loss of appetite and other scores in the before and after intervention had a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with endometrial cancer both can better improve endometrial cancer patients with negative emotions,and can greatly improve the quality of life of patients.
