摘 要:目的:观察HSH联合PTX对重度失血性休克大鼠复苏后肠组织氧化应激的影响。方法:选择健康成年雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为对照组(C组)、单纯休克组(NR组)、乳酸钠林格液复苏组(LR组)、高渗盐羟乙基淀粉复苏组(HSH组)、高渗盐羟乙基淀粉联合己酮可可碱复苏组(HSH/PTX组),每组12只。采用改良wigger’s法复制失血性休克模型。检测血浆中i-FABP含量及肠组织MPO、MDA、SOD含量及活性,观察肠组织病理变化。结果:与NR、LR、HSH组比较,HSH/PTX组小肠组织的病理损害明显减轻(P<0.01);MPO、MDA表达明显下降,SOD活性显著升高(P<0.01);血浆i-FABP含量明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:HSH联合PTX能抑制重度失血性休克大鼠早期复苏肠组织的氧化应激,起到肠保护作用。Objective:To observe the effect of hypertonic saline hydroxyethyl starch solution(HSH)combined with pentoxifylline(PTX)on oxidative stress injury in intestine tissue occurred in the resuscitation of severely hemorrhagic shock in rats.Methods:Sixty healthy adult male SD rats were randomly divided into control group(group C),shock group(group NR),sodium lactate ringer's solution group(group LR),group HSH and group HSH/PTX.The hemorrhagic shock model of rat was made by improved wigger's method.Content of i-FABP in plasma,contents and activities of MPO,MDA,SOD in intestine tissue were detected.Pathological change was observed.Results:Compared with NR,LR and HSH groups,pathological injury and expressions of MPO and MDA in intestine tissue,and content of i-FABP in plasma were decreased while activity of SOD in intestine tissue was increased in HSH/PTX group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:HSH/PTX solution show protective effect on intestine by suppressing the oxidative stress injury in intestine tissue occurred in the resuscitation of severely hemorrhagic shock in rats.
