带式输送机的输送带参数和托辊间距的优化

摘　　要：在输送距离和运输量已知的条件下,为使带式输送机的初期投资更为合理,选择带宽、承载分支托辊间距和回程分支托辊间距,以及基于统计数据建立的输送带价格系数、承载分支和回程分支托辊组价格系数等参数为设计变量,建立目标函数和约束条件。基于VB6.0自行编写优化程序能够实现优化计算,采用网格法进行优化计算,从而可获得输送带宽度和张力等主要参数优化数值。因输送带宽度和张力等是选用驱动装置、拉紧装置和辅助装置的重要依据,所以输送带参数和托辊间距的优化对于整机初期投资的合理性具有重要意义。Under the condition of that transport distance and transport quantity known,in order to make the initial investment of the belt conveyor be more reasonable,taking the following as design variables,such as the width of belt,the roller spacing of loading and return branch,and the price coefficient of belt,the roller of loading,and the return branch based on statistical data,an objective function and constraint conditions are established. The procedures may be write based on VB6. 0,and optimization calculation was carried out by using the grid algorithms,so that optimization datum of main parameters such as the width and tension force of a belt can be achieved. Because the width and tension of a belt are an important basis for the selection of driving device,tension device and auxiliary device,the optimization of parameters such as the width of belt and roller spacing are also important for the rationality of the initial investment of whole belt conveyor.
