摘 要:目的监测衡阳市食盐主要供给企业某盐业公司和居民食用盐碘含量,为相关部门评价该地区人群碘营养状况,防治碘缺乏病提供科学数据。方法 2011年7月至2013年6月随机抽取某盐业公司生产的食盐和衡阳市区及周边各县居民食用盐样,并依据GB/T 13025.7-1999国家标准,采用硫代硫酸钠滴定法测定盐碘含量。结果从某盐业公司抽取盐样碘的平均值为27.84 mg/kg;该公司2012年7月至2013年6月盐样碘含量高于2011年7月至2012年6月。碘盐批量合格率为95.8%,碘盐合格率为99.1%,达到国家标准。居民食用盐样碘的平均值为26.06 mg/kg,98.0%为碘盐,但合格碘盐只占81.2%(325/400),不合格碘盐占16.8%(67/400);检出非碘盐8份,占2.0%。合格碘盐食用率达标的县(市、区)仅5个,有3个县(市、区)合格碘盐食用率仅在60.0%-80.0%。结论某盐业公司生产的食用碘盐合格,但衡阳市区及周边县一些居民合格碘盐食用率偏低,应引起相关职能部门的重视。Objective To monitor the iodine content in edible salt from a salt company of the main salt supply enterprise and residents in Hengyang city to provide the scientific basis for the relative departments to evaluate the iodine nutrition status in the local population and to prevent and treat iodine deficiency disorders. Methods The salt sample was randomly extracted from the edible salt produced by a salt company and the edible salt used by the surrounding counties residents from July 2011 to June2013. The iodine content was detected by adopting the sodium hyposulfite titrimetry according to the national standard(GB/T13025.7-1999). Results The average iodine value in the salt sample extracted from a salt company was 27.84 mg/kg;the iodine content in the salt sample from July 2012 to June 2013 was higher than that from July 2011 to June 2012. The batch qualification rate of iodine salt was 95.8%,the qualification of iodized salt was 99.1%,which reached the national standard. The iodine content of the salt samples from the residents in Hengyang was 26.06 mg/kg,98.0% of which belonged to iodized salt,but the qualified iodized salt only accounted for 81.2%(325/400) and the unqualified iodized salt occupied 16.8%(67/400);8 samples of non-iodized salt were detected out,accounting for 2.0%. Only 5 counties(cities or districts) reached the standard in the qualified iodine salt edible rate,the qualified iodine salt edible rate in 3 counties(cities and districts) were only 60%-80%. Conclusion The edible salt produced by a salt company is qualified. But the qualified iodine salt edible rate in Hengyang city and some residents of surrounding counties is on the low side,which should arouse the attention of the relevant functional departments.
