摘 要:土中水的存在方式不同,使得土的水理性质不同,从而影响了土的强度及形状。因此,研究特殊性土的水理性对周边工程建设及周围建筑具有重要的实际意义。选取福建省厦门市吕厝站地铁施工现场土样,经过筛分析、渗透实验及自由膨胀实验对该地区土的水理性进行分析,结果表明,吕厝站花岗岩风化残积土属于不均匀且不连续的粉砂土,具有一定黏性,化学性质稳定,但渗透稳定性较差,普遍膨胀率较低,不属于膨胀土。研究结果可为厦门地铁吕厝站施工提供一定的参考。The existence of water in the soil, in different ways, makes the water- physical property different, which af- fects the soil strength and shape. Therefore, it is significant and scientific to research Special soil within the scope of the water - physical property on surrounding engineering construction and buildings. Choosing some soil samples of Xiamen Lvcuo Station subway construction site, through the sieve analysis, seepage ex- periment and free expansion experiment, the results shows that Lvcuo Station granite weathering residual soil belongs to the mealy sand of asymmetrical and discontinuous, which has certain viscos- ity, stable chemical properties, but poor permeability. This soil doesnt belong to the expansive soil, because of its low general ex- pansion rate. The research results can extend the theory study fields of construction of Lvcuo Station in Xiamen area.
