第17届上海国际纺织工业展览会圆纬机述评

摘　　要：对第17届上海国际纺织工业展览会针织圆纬机的参展情况进行介绍。阐述本次展览会参展圆纬机的技术特点包括:上下两面提花功能,单面大筒径提花,浮线提花,卫衣提花,毛巾提花,电子选针系统;高机号织机;无沉降片织机以及一体式沉降片盖板;输送伺服系统;双面机旋转往复式吹飞花装置;纱长监控、坏针检测等技术的应用。本次展会上欧洲参展的织机在制造精度和注重细节方面仍然保持领先的技术水平,中国大陆及中国台湾地区的制造技术、外观艺术表现取得了快速进步。提醒圆纬机制造厂商注重制造技术的细节,重视织机附件对织机整体的影响。This paper introduces the circular weft knitting machines exhibited on the 17^th Shanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition, and the main technological features are introduced including double-sided jacquard function, large diameter single jacquard, floating jacquard, hoodies jacquard, towel jacquard, electronic needle selection system, fine gauge knitting machines, non-sinker knitting machines, integral sinker cover, conveying servo control system, rotary-screw reciprocating lint removal device on the double knitting machines, yarn length monitor, needle damage monitor and so on. It can be Seen that even though the machines exhibited by European countries are still at the leading position, we can also notice that rapid progress has been made to China domestic and Taiwan＇s products in terms of knitting technology and art expression of machine＇s appearance. Furthermore, this paper points out that concentrations should be cast on details of design and influences of accessories to the whole machines.
