第17届上海国际纺织工业展览会无缝内衣圆机述评

摘　　要：介绍第17届上海国际纺织工业展览会参展无缝内衣圆机的厂商和设备概况。本次展会共有4家厂商展出了6台机器。意大利圣东尼(Santoni)公司是国外无缝内衣机的唯一参展商,其展出机器型号和主要技术特点为:机号为28针/25.4 mm的SM8-TOP2 FAST单面机,机器速度比老的TOP2快,筒径33 cm(13")的机器速度可以达到130 r/min;SM-DJ2TS型双面机(8路成圈+4路移圈,或12路编织,或6路编织+6路移圈),可以双向移圈。国产无缝内衣机主要有3家参展,宁波慈星的GE82-15单面机,无锡金龙的JLTOP2单面机,凹凸公司的WS/0.5F-EMJY单面机,并展出了选针器自动检测技术。This paper introduces the circular seamless underwear knitting machines exhibited on the 17^th Shanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition including 6 kinds of machines from 4 manufacturers and sales companies. The Italian Santoni is the only international company to attend the exhibition with its machine types and main technological features as follows： the knitting speed of SM8-TOP2 FAST single machine of 40 G is faster than the old model, which can reach the running speed up to 130 r/min for the 13 inch machine; the SM-DJ2TS doublebed machines can achieve two-way transfer function. The 3 seamless underwear knitting machines exhibited by domestic companies are respectively GE82-15 machine from Cixing, JL-TOP2 single machine from Jinlong and WS/0.5F-EMJY single machine, besides, automatic measurement technology of needle selection is shown.
