摘　　要：文中对第17届上海国际纺织工业展览会中针织前处理设备进行述评,举例介绍了平幅煮漂联合机、连续式水洗机、针织物开幅机等,并阐述了设备的外观结构及主要技术特征。指出,在印染行业节能减排的形式下,连续式前处理设备在市场上逐步得到应用,但针织物的张力和卷边控制,仍然是连续式平幅前处理的技术难点;采用连续式平幅或绳状水洗设备已成为未来的发展趋势,而将低温机械振荡水洗与高温水洗结合起来是目前高效水洗机的主要特征;瑞士贝宁格(Benninger)针织物丝光机的链式与直辊组合形式,可以较好地控制针织物的针迹和纵行密度;针织物的绳状退捻开幅、轧水、洗毛连续一体化设备,改变了传统的脱水机加工方法。In this paper, knitting pretreatment machines on the 17^th shanghai international textile industry exhibition are reviewed. Open width scouring and bleaching combination machine, continuous washing machine and knitting scutching machine are introduced as examples, and their apperance structure and main technical features are expounded in detail. It points out that continuous pretreatment machines are gradually applied in the market in the situation of energy saving and emission reduction in dyeing and printing industry, but the control of tension and edge of knitting fabric are also the technical difficulties of continuous open width pretreatment; continuous open width and rope washing machine is the development tendency in the future, and mechanical oscillation washing at low temperature and washing at high temperature are the main characteristics of effective washing machine; chain and chainless combining form of knitting mercerizing produced by Swiss Benninger Co., Ltd can better control knit- ting stitch style and wale density; continuous integration machines of knitting rope untwisting open width, squeezing, wool washing change the processing method of traditional dehydrator.
