摘　　要：文中对第17届上海国际纺织工业展览会中针织染色设备进行了述评。举例介绍了几类染色设备的外观结构以及主要特征,包括溢喷染色机、气液染色机、冷轧堆染色机等;介绍了几种实验室设备;并介绍了染化料配送系统。指出,溢流或喷射染色机依然以降低浴比作为节能减排的重要手段;气液染色机具有显著的节水、节电、节汽和节省助剂的特点,成为本届展会上的一大亮点;冷轧堆染色是一种节能效果显著的染色方式,相关冷轧堆染色设备在本届展会上得到推广,尤其是高乐推出的冷轧堆染色机具有良好的匀染效果,而且解决了织物起皱和纬斜的问题;化验室滴定机大多采用输送管,滴液瓶的取放、清洗等采用机械手控制,提高了滴液精度,减少了滴液浪费;国内染化料自动配送系统技术有了较大的提升,特别是南海天富展出的染化料自动配送系统。In this paper, knitting dyeing machines on the 17^th shanghai international textile industry exhibition are reviewed. The appearance and main features of dyeing machines are introduced as examples, including overflow jet dyeing machines, gas-liquid dyeing machines, cold pad bath dyeing machines and so on; several kinds of equipments used in laboratory and dyestuff automatic distribution systems are introduced. It points out that reducing the bath ratio is still the main method of energy saving and emission reduction for overflow and jet dyeing ma- chines; gas-liquid dyeing machines has outstanding features of water, electricity and auxiliaries saving, which is the biggest draws in this exhibition; cold pad bath dyeing is a kind of dyeing method which has remarkable energy saving effect, and related cold pad bath dyeing machines are generalized in the exhibition, especially cold pad bath dyeing machine produced by Goller Co., Ltd has good level dyeing effect and solves the problems of winkling and skew weft; laboratory titration machines mostly adopt delivery pipe, and taking, putting and cleaning of drip bottle uses manipulator control, and improves dripping liquid precision, declines dripping liquid waste; dyestuff automatic distribution system technologies in China greatly improve, especially dyestuff automatic distribution system exhibited by Nanhai Lianfu Co., Ltd.
