摘　　要：以X-Cool凉爽纤维纱为原料,以纬平针为基本组织,在斯托尔(Stoll)电脑横机上开发X-Cool凉爽纤维针织面料。分别测试X-Cool凉爽纤维纱的强度和耐热性能,以及X-Cool凉爽纤维针织面料的基本结构特征与坚牢度、舒适性、外观保持性和凉爽性能。结果表明,X-Cool凉爽纤维纱属于高伸型纱线,且耐干热性较好,可满足针织编织用纱要求;X-Cool凉爽纤维纱面料厚度薄,尺寸稳定性好,在顶破强力、透气量和吸水性、凉爽感方面表现优异,具有良好的服用性和功能性,适宜生产夏季穿着用产品。The paper develops a kind of weft plain knitted fabric by using X-Cool fiber yarn. It tests and analyzes the strength and heat-resistant properties of X-Cool fiber yarn, and the basic structural features, as well as the fastness, comfort properties, appearance retention and cool feeling of X-Cool fabric. The results show that this kind of X-Cool yam bears good heat resistance and high stretch properties, which can meet the requirements of knitting; the X-Cool fiber knitted fabric is thin and presents excellent dimensional stability properties, bursting strength, air-permeability, water absorption properties and cool feeling, which is suitable for developing the summer clothing.
