摘  要:介绍了蒲葵纤维的理化性能,阐述了蒲葵纤维的煮练、漂白以及染色工艺。测试并比较了不同染料染色后蒲葵纤维的上染率、色牢度,并进行了强力测试。结果表明,蒲葵纤维需要采用煮漂分开的加工工艺,并采用过氧化氢漂白法;蒲葵纤维染浅色时上染率总体比深色高,其中直接染料的上染率最好,活性染料次之,还原染料最差;蒲葵纤维湿强较干强高;蒲葵织物的耐摩擦色牢度总体上比棉织物差。The physical and chemical property of livistona chinensis fiber was introduced, and the scouring, bleaching and dyeing process of livistona chinensis fiber was expounded. The dye up-take and color fastness of livistona chinensis dyed by different dyes was tested and compared, and the strength was also tested. The results show that livistona chinensis fiber needs to adopt the proccess whose scouring and bleaching is separated and hydrogen peroxide bleaching method should be employed; the dye up-take of livistona chinensis fiber when dyeing light color is higher than dyeing dark color, and the dye up-take of direct dyes is the best, reactive dyes takes the second place, vat dyes is the worst; the wet strength of livistona chinensis fiber is higher than dry strength; the color fastness to rubbing of livistona chinensis fabric is worse than that of cotton fabric as a whole.
