摘  要:以三甲胺水溶液、盐酸、环氧氯丙烷为主要原料合成阳离子醚化剂3-氯-2-羟丙基-三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMAC),测试并分析了原料用量、温度、时间、pH值对反应产物的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,并对产物进行提纯。结果表明。阳离子醚化剂CHPTMAC最佳合成条件为:环氧氯丙烷与三甲胺盐酸盐的摩尔比为0.95,温度40~45℃,NN5h,pH4Ji.7.0—8.0,反应产物的有效含量≥69.00%。With trimethylamine water solution, hydrochloric acid and epoxy chloropropane as the main raw materials, cationic etherifying agent 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CHPTMAC) was compounded. The effects of dosage of raw materials, temperature, processing time and pH value on reaction product were tested and analyzed, and the optimal reaction conditions were confirmed, and product was refined. The results show that the optimal reaction conditions of cationic etherifying agent CHPTMAC are that the mole ratio of epoxy chloropropane and trimethylamine hydrochloride is 0.95, temperature is 40-,45 ℃, time is 5 h, pH value is 7.0-8.0, and effective content of reaction product is above 69.00%.
