可吸收螺钉治疗四肢骨关节骨折临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨可吸收螺钉治疗四肢骨关节骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2011年8月至2014年8月我院收治的四肢骨关节骨折患者96例,随机分为观察组与对照组各48例。对照组患者行传统手术治疗,而观察组患者行可吸收螺钉治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、骨折愈合时间、二次手术比例和术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗优良率为93.8%,显著高于对照组的70.8%;观察组患者的骨折愈合时间为(4.4±1.2)月,显著短于对照组的(8.5±1.5)月;观察组二次手术比例为2.1%,显著低于对照组的16.7%;观察组术后并发症发生率为4.2%,显著低于对照组的16.7%;差异均具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论可吸收螺钉治疗四肢骨关节骨折临床疗效显著,可促进患者骨折愈合,有利于患者尽早恢复至正常生活,且该项手术可降低患者二次手术比例,避免对患者身心造成二次伤害。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of absorbable screws in the treatment of limbs joint fractures. Methods 96 cases of patients with limbs joint fractures treated in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional surgery, the observation group received absorbable screws treatment. The clinical effect, healing time of fracture, proportion of second operation and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of observation group was 93.8%, significantly higher than 70.8% of control group; the healing time of fracture of observation group was（4.4 ± 1.2） months, significantly shorter than（8.5 ± 1.5） months of control group; the second operation rate of observation group was 2.1%, significantly lower than 16.7% of control group; the incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was 4.2%, significantly lower than 16.7% of control group; all the difference was statistical（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Absorbable screw has significant clinical effect in the treatment of limbs articular fractures, and can promote the recovery of fracture, help patients recover to normal life as soon as possible, which also reduce the proportion of secondary surgery and thus avoiding the secondary damage on patients.
