自身被动牵引法联合三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴骶髂关节半脱位的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自身被动牵引法联合三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴骶髂关节半脱位的疗效。方法将96例腰椎间盘突出症伴骶髂关节半脱位患者随机分为两组各48例,对照组采用常规护理和三维牵引,实验组在对照组基础上给予自身被动牵引法,对比两组的临床疗效。结果实验组总有效率97.92%,明显高于对照组的70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自身被动牵引法能有效提高三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴骶髂关节半脱位的疗效,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of self passive traction combined with three-dimensional traction in treating lumbar disc herniation complicating sacroiliac joint subluxation. Methods 96 patients with lumbar disc herniation complicating sacroiliac joint subluxation were randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received three dimensional traction and conventional nursing, the experimental group received self passive traction on this basis. The clinical efficacy were compared. Results The effective rate of experimental group was 97.92%, higher than 70.83% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Self passive traction combined with three-dimensional traction can effectively improve the efficacy in treating lumbar disc herniation complicating sacroiliac joint subluxation, which is worthy of promotion.
