摘　　要：目的构建亚专业手术护士胜任能力评价指标。方法通过两轮针对手术室护士长、手术护士、外科手术专家的调查,确定亚专业手术护士胜任能力各级指标及权重。结果确定的亚专业手术护士胜任能力包含专业知识、专业技能、职业素养、个人能力4个一级指标和23项二级指标。结论胜任能力指标的确定有利于从整体角度对手术护士进行更加合理、针对性的培训,并为遴选亚专业手术护士提供客观评价依据。Objective To create an instrument for evaluating core competency of subspecialty theatre nurses.Methods A two-round expert consultation was conducted on head nurses of operating room,theatre nurses,and surgeons to identify indexes of core competency and the weights of each index.Results The core competency for subspecialty theatre nurses included 4level-1indicators（specialty knowledge,specialty skills,professional quality and individual capacity）and 23level-2indicators.Conclusion To determine the indexes of core competency is beneficial to providing more reasonable and targeted training for operating room nurses and to selecting subspecialty theatre nurses.
