摘 要:目的调查新入职护士的职业价值观现状并探讨其影响因素,为医院培养护士形成积极的职业价值观提供依据。方法采用护士职业价值观量表、护士职业价值观影响因素问卷及自尊量表对251名新入职护士进行调查。结果新入职护士职业价值观得分为(3.98±0.40)分;不同性别、学制、生源学校、自尊水平新入职护士的职业价值观得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);新护士职业价值观与个人、家庭、医院、社会和自尊呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论新入职护士总体职业价值观认同度较高,护理管理者可根据影响护士职业价值观的因素,针对性地开展培养和指导工作,进一步提升他们对职业价值的认同。Objective To investigate the level of professional values in newly employed nurses,and to analyze the associated factors.Methods A total of 251 newly employed nurses were investigated using the Nursing Professional Values Scale-R(NPVS-R),Factors Affecting Professional Values questionnaire and Self-esteem Scale(SES).Results The professional values scored 3.98±0.40,and significant differences were found between groups in terms of gender,education program length,school where they studied,and self-esteem(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).The professional values of newly employed nurses were positively correlated with individual,family,hospital,society,and self-esteem(P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion The level of professional values of newly employed nurses was somewhat high.Nursing managers should take targeted measures according to the influencing factors to further cultivate professional commitment of newly employed nurses.
