摘　　要：目的研究介入手术记录单质量考核标准在介入中心质量管理中的应用。方法应用介入手术记录单考核标准统计记录单的平均错误率和技师护士工作质量系数,分析该标准在改善介入中心质量管理中的作用。结果应用考核标准后,介入手术记录单的错误率从55.38%(36/65)降低到13.85%(9/65),平均质量系数从0.955±0.014提高到0.989±0.004(P均<0.05)。结论介入手术记录单考核标准的应用提高了技护人员的责任意识和积极性,加强了手术的安全性,在介入中心的质量管理上有积极的作用。Objective To interview the application of interventional procedure record quality assessment in the interventional center quality management. Methods The quality assessment were applied to calculate error rates of interventional procedure records and quality coefficients of technicians and nurses. The improving effects of assessment in interventional center quality management was analyzed. Results Applicated of after the application of interventional procedure record quality assessment, the average error rate of interventional procedure records degraded from 55.38 % （36/65） to 13.85 （9/65）, the average quality coefficient increased from 0. 955±0. 014 to 0. 98910. 004 （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of interventional procedure record quality assessment improves the technicians and nurses responsibilities and activeness, and promotes the safety and specification of interventionai procedure, which plays a positive role in the interventional center quality management.
