摘 要:将渥拉斯顿棱镜两半块之间的光学胶合层作为一层薄膜,利用薄膜光学理论,分析了反射光的多光束干涉对棱镜透射比的影响.通过研究胶合层的厚度、光学胶折射率对入射光在胶合界面上反射率的影响,得出两偏振光经过渥拉斯顿棱镜后的总光强透射比,结果表明:胶合层的厚度、光学胶折射率对棱镜的总光强透射比均有影响,且厚度对棱镜透射比的影响呈现周期性变化;而光学胶折射率则对透射比的振荡幅度产生影响.以常规渥拉斯顿棱镜为例,光学胶折射率为1.530时,棱镜的总透射比在89.95%-90.27%之间振荡;而当光学胶折射率为1.570时,棱镜的总透射比在89.96%-90.36%之间振荡,显然,光学胶折射率为1.570时,渥拉斯顿棱镜透射比更高.这一结果对优化渥拉斯顿棱镜的透射性能是非常重要的.The cement used in Wollaston prisms can be seen as a layer of thin film. The influence of the cement on the total transmission rate of Wollaston prisms can be analyzed using the knowledge of optical thin film. The influence of thickness and the refractive index of the cement on the reflectance at the cementing surface are studying in detail. We get the total transmission rate of the two polarized light beams out of Wollaston prisms. The result shows that the thickness and the refractive index of the cementing layer do have great influence on the total transmission rate of the prisms,and the influence of the former takes effect periodically. Take the ordinary Wollaston prism as an example,let the value of the refractive index of cement be 1. 530,the total transmission oscillates in the range of 89. 95% - 90. 27% . If the value of the refractive index of cement is 1. 570,the range is 89. 96% - 90. 36% . Hence,the larger total transmission rate can be got. The result is very helpful for optimizing the transmitting performance of Wollaston prisms.
