摘　　要：目的了解影响冠心病行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)患者疾病不确定感水平的因素,探索冠心病行PCI术患者的疾病不确定感、生命质量与健康相关行为之间的关系。方法采用一般情况调查表、Mishel疾病不确定感量表、SF-36简明健康量表(the short-form 36 item health survey questionnaire,SF-36)、健康相关行为问卷对66例冠心病患者在其行PCI术后的24 h内进行调查。结果冠心病行PCI术患者疾病不确定感总分为(89.76±13.43)分,处于中等水平,维度得分从高到低依次是不明确性、信息缺乏性、复杂性和不可预测性;多元线性逐步回归分析的结果显示家庭月收入、压力应对是影响患者疾病不确定感的主要因素(均有P<0.05)。结论护理人员应对冠心病行PCI术患者的疾病不确定感给予充分的关注,加强对其健康行为方式的管理,从而帮助患者降低疾病不确定感,提高其生命质量。Objectives To describe uncertainty of patients who received percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）,and to find its influencing factors.Methods Sixty-Six patients with coronary disease before PCI were investigated between July 2013 and July 2014.MUIS-A,SF-36,health related behavior scale were used to assess the uncertainty of the illness,life quality,and health behavior,while the demographic form was for the demographic characteristics.Results The mean score of uncertainty in illness of patients who received PCI was（89.76 ± 13.43）,which belonged to the middle level; score from high to low in turn was the dimension of ambiguity,lacking information,complexity,and unpredictability.Through multiple linear regression,family income and coping with stress were the influencing factors of the uncertainty of the illness（all P〈0.05）.Conclusions Nurses should pay more attention to the uncertainty in illness of patients who received PCI.The management of health related behavior is necessary to help patients effectively control disease uncertainty and improve the quality of life.
