膝关节损伤患者关节镜术后中药熏洗治疗的应用与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节损伤患者关节镜术后中药熏洗治疗的应用与护理的临床效果。方法将我院骨科行膝关节镜手术的膝关节损伤患者60例，均在硬膜外麻醉下实施了关节镜手术治疗。并按照数字表法随机分为两组，对照组30例给予术后护理及功能锻炼；观察组30例在对照组的基础上实施中药熏洗，并比较两组的临床效果。结果两组患者治疗4周后，观察组的总有效率为93．33％明显高于对照组的73．33％（X^2=4．32，P〈0．05），两组治疗后均可降低膝关节液中IL-1含量，且观察组疗效显著地优于对照组（P〈0．05），察组治疗后疼痛程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组治疗后肿胀程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论膝关节损伤关节镜术后给予患者中药熏洗治疗及功能性锻炼及护理，临床效果十分明显，可以有效的减少膝关节损伤的并发症，促进膝关节功能的快速恢复，提高患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of fumigation and washing with Chinese herbal and nursing care for knee joint injury patients after arthroscopic surgery. Methods 60 knee joint injury patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery under epidural anesthesia at our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group in accordance with the digital table method, 30 cases for each group. The control group received postoperative nursing care and did fimctional exercise; in addition, the observation group got fumigation and washing with Chinese herbal. The clinical effect were compared between these two groups. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （93.33% vs. 73.33%, X^2=4.32, P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the content of IL-1 in knee joint fluid decreased in both groups but more obviously in the observation group than in the control group. The treatment effect was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the pain level was （1.56±0.36） in the observation group and （3.27±1.39） in the control group, with a statistical difference（P〈0.05）; the swelling degree was （50.2±10.1） mm in the observation group and （59.9±10.0）mm in the control group, with a statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Fumigation and washing with Chinese herbal, functional exercise, and nursing care for knee joint injury patients after arthroscopic surgery is effective and can reduce the incidence of complications, help the recovery of knee joint function, and improve the quality of life of the patients, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
