构建条形码信息追溯系统对手术器械消毒的管理促进作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨构建条形码信息追溯系统对手术器械消毒的管理促进作用，以期为消毒管理提供参考。方法对我院16800件手术器械的消毒使用构建条形码信息追溯系统进行管理，对比实施管理前后效果，分析构建条形码信息追溯系统对于手术器械消毒的管理促进作用。结果构建条形码信息追溯系统之后，手术器械消毒的管理睛况明显得到提升，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。构建条形码信息追溯系统前后效果分析实施之后，促进效果显著上升，差异有统计学意义。构建条形码信息追溯系统之后，质量追溯时间明显得到提升，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论构建条形码信息追溯系统之后能够有效提升相关的工作效率，同时准确达到对手术器械的质量追溯，确保手术患者的安全。Objective To provide some references for disinfection management exploring the role of the construction of traceable system of bar code information in the management of the disinfection of surgical instruments. Methods 16 800 surgical instruments at our hospital were managed constructing traceable system of bar code information. The effects were compared between before and after the management. The role of the construction of traceable system of bar code information in the management of the disinfection of surgical instruments was analyzed. Results After the construction of the system, the management of the disinfection of surgical instruments was significantly improved, with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）; the traceability time of quality was significantly increased, with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The construction of traceable system of bar code information can effectively enhance the working efficiency, improve the quality of operation, and ensure the operation safety of patients.
