从乡土倚重到社会理性:新生代农民工城市融入的社会支持转向

摘　　要：新生代农民工城市融入的社会支持网络,按其存在形式可分为正式社会支持网络与非正式社会支持网络。传统的非正式社会支持网络由于具有高同质性、弱社会互动性和内倾性特征,并不能在社会互动与融入过程中提供创造性的支持,单纯依靠非正式社会支持网络会造成城市融入的"内卷化"。社会理性兼具实践性与主体间性,并将自我认知、关系协调、社会评估、策略优化等涵括其中。因此建构社会理性导向下的城市社会正式支持网络,能够为新生代农民工的城市融入提供新的秩序规范与异质性社会资源,从而能够更好地促进新生代农民工的城市融入。According to its characterization, the social support network for the urban merging of New Generation migrant workers can be divided into formal social support network and informal social sup- port network. The traditional informal social support networks, due to their high homogeneity, weak social interaction, and introversion, can not provide creative support in their social interacting and merging process. Relying solely on the informal social support network may result in an urban merging involution. Social rationality includes practicality and inter -subjectivity, and covers self- awareness, relationship coordination, social assessment, and strategy optimization. Hence, the construction of social rationality - oriented formal support network can provide the urban merging of New Generation workers with new order and heterogeneous resources, and thereby facilitate the merging.
