2008-2011年重庆市北碚区艾滋病自愿咨询检测分析

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市北碚区艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)者的人群分布、求询原因和艾滋病病毒感染情况,为艾滋病的预防、关怀和防治策略的制订提供科学依据。方法对2008-2011年期间,到北碚区各VCT点的求询人员的人口学状况、求询原因、高危行为以及艾滋病病毒抗体检测等情况进行统计分析。结果 2008-2011年,经剔重后总计有3 171人在该区各咨询点接受咨询服务,平均年龄31.15岁,以男性(58.58%)、初中学历(47.87%)、未婚(51.21%)人员为主;求询原因以吸毒(42.98%)和有非婚异性性行为史者(23.09%)为主,其中3 142名求询人员进行了艾滋病病毒抗体检测,阳性362人,阳性率11.52%,其中注射吸毒、配偶/固定性伴阳性、商业性性行为、母亲阳性和MSM是艾滋病病毒抗体阳性的主要人员,占检测阳性病例的89.50%。结论重庆市北碚区2008-2011年期间艾滋病求询人员多为具有吸毒等艾滋病高危行为的青壮年,求询人员HIV抗体阳性率较高。Objective To investigate the population distribution of HIV voluntary counseling and testing（ VCT）,as well as causes for VCT and the infection status,and thus to provide scientific basis for formulating countermeasures. Methods During 2008- 2011,data of demographical characteristics,causes for VCT,high risk behaviors and HIV antibody test were all statistically analyzed. Results During the period,altogether 3171 person participated VCT in Beibei district,with a mean age of 31. 15. The male participants accounted for58. 58% of the total,47. 87% were with education of junior high school and 51. 21% were unmarried. The causes for VCT were mainly taking drug（ 42. 98%） and non- marriage heterosexuality（ 23. 09%）. Of all the participants,3142 were conducted HIV antibody test, with 362 positive cases and a positive rate of11. 52%. The vulnerable populations included injection drug use,HIV antibody positive in spouse or fixed sexual partner,HIV antibody positive in the mothers and men who have sex with men（ MSM）,altogether accounted for 89. 50% of the total positive cases. Conclusion The VCT participants are mainly young adults with high risk behaviors（ e. g., drug users） in 2008-2011 in Beibei district, the positive rate of the participants is relatively high.
