2013年凉山州结核病报告质量与转诊情况调查

摘　　要：目的抽样调查和分析四川省凉山州医疗机构2013-01/06结核病发现、报告、处置等情况,为进一步作好本地区结核病防治工作提供科学依据。方法使用统一的表格、方法和时间,采取分层随机抽样调查方式对2013年州内3个级别53家医疗机构的结核病报告质量与转诊等情况进行了调查和分析评估。结果 2013年上半年凉山州被调查医疗机构就诊患者结核病发现率为141.7/10万,结核病平均漏报率12.19%,84.50%的病例报告及时,已报告的纸质传报卡和登记簿的登记完整率95.81%,电子报卡与纸质报告卡上8项指标总的一致率94.38%,转诊率85.76%。结论凉山州较好地完成了国家结核病防治项目任务,今后还需要继续加强对结核病的防治力度,不断提高医疗机构结核病报告和转诊的工作质量,进一步控制凉山州结核病的发生。Objective To investigate and evaluate the capacity of medical institutions in tuberculosis finding,reporting and treatment in Liangshan from January to June 2013,so as to provide scientific basis for further improve ment of the tuberculosis prevention and control work in this region. Methods Fifty three medical institutions were selected from all three levels of medical institutions in Liangshan with stratified rando m sa mpling,then the tuberculosis report quality and referral situation were investigated and evaluated by using unified questionnaire and method at the meantime. Results The tuberculosis case- finding rate of all of these investigated institutions at the first half of 2013 was 14. 17 /105,and the average rate of misreporting was 12. 19%. A mong the found cases,only 84. 50% cases were reported in time. In all reported cases,the complete rate of paper cards,the consistent rate of paper cards and electronic cards,and the referral rates was 95. 81%,94. 38% and85. 76%,respectively. Conclusion Even though the health resources are still relatively lack in Liangshan,the national tuberculosis control project is satisfactorily completed. It must be realized that Liangshan will need to continue to strengthen the tuberculosis prevention and treatment,and improve the quality of tuberculosis report and transfer treat ment in institutions,for effectively controlling the occurrence of tuberculosis in further.
