摘  要:近10年来,随着煤炭工业的发展,煤矿井下用瓦斯抽放管也得到了快速发展。介绍了我国煤矿井下用瓦斯抽放管的现状,分析了存在的主要问题:未考虑瓦斯抽放管道系统的整体抗静电性;非金属瓦斯抽放管的强度安全系数不高;劣质管材严重影响了煤矿井下用瓦斯抽放管的发展。提出了今后煤矿井下用瓦斯抽放管的发展对策:进一步提高非金属瓦斯抽放管的安全性能和强度;进一步加强和完善瓦斯抽放管道系统的安全措施;加强煤矿井下用瓦斯抽放管新产品的研制;以优异质量促进煤矿井下用瓦斯抽放管行业的良性发展。In recent 10 years,the gas drainage pipes used in coal mines has got rapid development with the development of coal industry. This paper described the present situation of gas drainage pipelines for coal mine and analyzed the main problems:the overall antistatic property of the gas drainage pipeline system is not taken into consideration;the strength safety factor of the non- metal gas drainage pipes is not high;the low- quality pipe materials seriously affect the development of the gas drainage pipes used in coal mines. It put forward development strategy of the gas drainage pipelines:to further improve the safety performance and strength of the non- metal gas drainage pipes;to further strengthen and perfect the safety measures of gas drainage pipeline system;to strengthen the development of new products of gas drainage pipeline for coal mine;and to promote the healthy development of gas drainage pipeline industry with the excellent quality.
