摘 要:目的探讨利用钛板重建椎管后壁在胸腰段爆裂性骨折术中的应用价值。方法2008-05-2012—05对27例胸腰段爆裂性骨折的患者采用后路钉棒系统固定复位,全椎板减压,钛板弯曲重建椎管后部成形,并沿钛板表面将减压的椎板棘突修剪成碎骨粒混合同种异体骨行植骨处理。结果所有患者均获随访。随访12—30个月,平均17.8个月,未出现钛板移位、变形及椎管容积减小现象,植骨均融合,未见脊柱不稳定。结论在胸腰段爆裂性骨折中利用钛板行椎管成形,有利于保持脊柱的完整性及稳定性。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of reconstruction of vertebral canal with titantium plate in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures. Methods From May 2008 to May 2012,27 patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures were managed with posterior pediele screw instrumentation, holo-laminectomy, reconstruction of vertebral canal with titantium plate and autogenous granulated cancellous bone grafting. Results All the patients were followed up for 12 to 30 months(average 17.8 months). No looseness and rupture of internal fixation,no obvious loss of vertebral height,spinal radian and vertebral canal volume were observed. Conclusion Reconstruction of vertebral canal with titantium plate is a safe,reliable and simple treatment for thoracolumbar burst fractures, it also conducive to increase the integrity and stability of the spine.
