摘  要:研究经复合菌剂发酵后的花生秧粉对育肥猪生产性能的影响及其促生长机理,探讨利用发酵花生秧粉进行育肥猪节粮健康养殖的可行性.以大白×长白×杜洛克三元杂交猪为供试猪,共分为3组,对照组饲喂常规饲粮,实验组Ⅰ饲喂90%常规饲粮+10%发酵花生秧粉,实验组Ⅱ饲喂80%常规饲粮+20%发酵花生秧粉,实验为期40d,测定并计算各组供试猪的料重比与增重成本,同时采集各组供试猪的新鲜粪样,测定粪样中菌群结构,常规消化酶活力以及常规营养物质含量的变化情况.结果显示:实验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ与对照组相比,其料重比分别降低11.70%和4.96%,增重成本分别下降9.45%和0.48%,全程成本分别降低4.71%和9.23%;实验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ菌群数量与对照组相比,其大肠杆菌数量分别降低48.75%(P<0.01)和40.99%(P<0.01),双歧杆菌数量分别提高1.89%(P>0.05)和22.78%(P<0.05),乳酸菌数量分别提高8.17%(P>0.05)和17.13%(P<0.05),芽孢菌株数量分别提高18.14%(P<0.05)和5.42%(P>0.05);实验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ消化酶活力与对照组相比,纤维素酶活力分别提高15.68%(P<0.01)和4.10%(P>0.05),蛋白酶活力分别提高2.41%(P>0.05)和6.28%(P>0.05),淀粉酶活力分别提高17.07%(P<0.01)和14.02%(P<0.05),脂肪酶活力分别提高2.58%(P>0.05)和4.78%(P>0.05);实验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ试猪粪便中常规营养物质含量与对照组相比,粗蛋白含量都降低9.09%(P<0.01),粗纤维含量分别降低5.71%(P>0.05)和2.86%(P>0.05),木质素含量都降低4.00%(P>0.05),有机酸含量分别降低7.56%(P<0.01)和9.33%(P<0.01),粗脂肪含量分别降低6.67%(P>0.05)和14.67%(P<0.01),而灰分含量变化不大.研究结果表明:利用发酵花生秧粉饲喂育肥猪可促进动物生长,且大大降低生产成本,为发酵花生秧粉在育肥猪的饲喂养殖中奠定了理论基础.The productive performance of peanut stem powder was studied after multiple species bacte-rium fermented and added to diets on fattening pigs, the economic benefit was analyzed, at the same time the growth promotion mechanism and the practicable of apply fermented peanut stem powder on fattening pigs with healthy, food saved, cultivate way were explored. This experiment used Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire crossbred growing-finishing pigs as the test animal, and the pigs were randomly divided into three groups during forty days, the control group feed on basal diets, the experiment group I feed on 90 % basal diets +10% fermented peanut powder, the experiment group Ⅱ feed on 80% basal diets + 20% fer- mented peanut powder. The feed conversion ratio, the weight gain cost, the whole cost of the three group pigs were examined, at the same time, the fecal samples were collected to determine the changes of the bac- terium content, the digest enzyme, the common nutrition material. The result showed: compared with the control the experiment I , Ⅱ the feed conversion ratio were decreased by 11.70%, 4.96%, the weight gain cost in the experiment I , Ⅱ were decreased by 9.45 %, 0.48 % ; The experiment I , Ⅱ compared with control group, the flora structure changed significantly, the number of E. coli were reduced by 48.75% (P〈0.01), 40.99% (P〈0.01), the bifidobacteria increased by 1.89% (P〉0.05) and 22.78% (P〈0.05) respectively, the lactobacillus increased by 8.17% (P〉0.05)and 17.13% (P〈0.05) respectively, the ba- cillus strain increased by 18. 14% (P〈0.05) and 5. 42% (P〉0.05) respectively; the experiment I , Ⅱ compared with control group, the cellulose enzyme activity were increase by 15.68% (P〈0.01), 4.10% (P〉0.05)respectively, the protease activity increased by 2.41% (P〉0.05)and 6.28% (P〉0.05) respec- tively, the amylase activity increased by 17.07% (P〈0.01) and 14.02% (P〈0.05) respectively, the li- pase activity increased by
