孕晚期胎儿脐动脉血流频谱规则变化的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨孕晚期胎儿脐动脉血流频谱规则变化的临床意义。方法 40例脐动脉血流频谱规则变化的孕晚期胎儿为观察组,同期134例脐动脉血流频谱正常的孕晚期胎儿为对照组,对比分析两组胎儿宫内缺氧情况、围产儿结局、附属物情况及分娩方式。结果观察组羊水过少、脐带缠绕、羊水粪染、胎儿窘迫、低体质量儿、新生儿患病率、转新生儿科监护率及剖宫产率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕晚期胎儿脐动脉血流频谱曲线异常提示可能存在缺血、缺氧现象,可为临床治疗提供依据和参考。Objective To explore the clinical significance of the fetus＇ s regular change of umbilical artery blood flow spectrum curve.Methods Forty cases of late pregnancy with regular change of umbilical artery blood flow spectrum curve were selected as observation group.And in the same period,134 cases of late pregnancy with normal umbilical artery blood flow spectrum cure were selected as control group.The intrauterine hypoxia,perinatal outcome,fetal appendage and delivery mode between two groups were comparely analyzed.Results The rate of oligohydramnios,cord entanglement,amniotic fluid turbidity,fetal distress,low birth weight,neonatal prevalence,neonatal intensive care unit admission and cesarean section in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion When the fetus＇ s umbilical artery blood flow spectrum cure becomes abnormal in late pregnancy,it implies the existence of the deficiency in both blood and oxygen,it provides basis and reference for clinical treatment.
