摘　　要：统计2012年在我院超声科经超声诊断并获得手术病理证实的病种,收集病例数居前十位的病种,分析我院经超声诊断的外科病种分布特点及超声易漏误诊的病种,探讨超声诊断技术在外科疾病诊断中的应用价值及发展前景,并对综合性三级甲等医院超声科的规划设置提出设想和建议。The diseases category diagnosed by ultrasonography and confirmed by surgical pathology were statisticsed in our hospital in 2012,the top 10 diseases types were acquired.The characteristics of the surgical disease types distribution and the diseases types missed diagnosed or misdiagnosed by ultrasonography were analyzed.The application value and development prospects of ultrasound diagnostic techniques in diagnosis of surgical diseases were investigated,and the ideas and suggestions to the planning and setting of ultrasound department in comprehensive Grade A tertiary general hospital were put forward.
