摘　　要：伴随我国城市化进程大力推进,城市综合体已成为我国各大城市建设亮点。国际银都综合体在新文化地产概念、生态居住原则基础上,构建了"1轴、1带、2块、2区、3心、多节点"的规划结构与布局;建筑以西方"简欧"风格为基调,融入当地文化,融合西方建筑语汇与东方精神神韵,摒弃繁复与浮华,展现新文化地产特色,是一种探索城市综合体设计构思的有效途径。Along with the urbanization of our country, the city complex has become China＇s major urban construction highlights. Based on the concept of new culture estate and tile principle of ecological living, international silver complex constructs the 1 axis, 1 belt, block 2, District 2, 3 heart, multi node plan structure and layout. Based on the west simple European style for the tone, architecture integrates into the local culture, fuses western architectural vocabulary with the spirit of the orient verve, abandons the complicated and flashy, and shows the characteristics of new culture estate. It is an effective ways to explore the urban complex design ideas.
