摘 要:目的:探讨帕金森病(PD)患者血尿酸水平与病情严重程度的关系。方法120例PD患者按H&Y分级分为早期、中期及晚期3个亚组,应用统一帕金森病评定量表第三部分(UPDRSⅢ)行运动功能评定,并测定血尿酸水平。另选择同期体检健康者110例作为正常对照组(NC组)。比较PD组和对照组血尿酸水平的差异,比较PD不同病情组间血尿酸水平的差异,分析血尿酸与病程、H&Y分级及UPDRS评分的关系。结果 PD组血尿酸水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);早期、中期和晚期PD组间血尿酸水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);血尿酸水平与病程、H&Y分级及UPDRSⅢ评分无相关性(r=-0.128,P〉0.05;r=-0.140,P〉0.05;r=-0.152,P〉0.05)。结论血尿酸水平降低是PD的危险因素,但与PD的疾病严重程度无相关性。ObjectiveTo evaluate the relationship between UA level and the severity of Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods120 PD patients and 110 age-matched healthy subjects controls(NC group)were recruited.The severity of the disease was determined using the Hoehn&Yahr (H&Y)scale.PD group was divided into 3 subgroups according to H&Y scales. The motor aspects of the disease were assessed using sectionⅢ of the Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS),and serum UA concentration was measured and then was compared between PD patients and controls and between the patients with diferent H&Y stages of PD.Spearman rank-correlation was performed to evaluate the associations between serum UA level and disease progression(disease durations、H&Y scales and UPDRSⅢ scores).ResultsSerum uric acid level was significantly lower in the PD patients than in the controls(P〈0.01).The serum UA level was no significant differences among 3 subgroups of PD(P〉0.05); There was no correlation between serum UA level and disease durations、H&Y and UPDRSⅢscores(r=-0.128,P〉0.05;r=-0.140,P〉0.05;r=-0.152,P〉0.05). ConclusionDecrease in serum uric acid level may be associated with PD,but no correlation with disease severity.
