悬吊下手法治疗五十肩摸背困难的探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨五十肩（原发性冻结肩）摸背困难的手法治疗.方法 随机将47例五十肩患者分为治疗组24例和对照组23例,治疗组在对照组的治疗项目上增加悬吊下肩关节内、外旋手法治疗.两组患者在治疗前和治疗10次后分别按照Constant-Murley评分评定.结果 Constant-Mudey内旋评分中,治疗组治疗后为（7.42±1.82）,对照组为（5.57±1.70）;外旋评分中,治疗组治疗后为（7.75±1.22）,对照组为（5.91±1.76）,两组差异均有统计学意义.结论 悬吊治疗肩关节对摸背困难有较好的临床疗效.Objective To study the effect of manual therapy with suspension on reaching-back difficulty of patients with primary frozen shoulder.Methods 47 patients with primary frozen shoulder were divided into two groups,24 cases in treatment group and 23 cases in control group.Control group received a series of standard manual therapy,while treatment group received medial and lateral rotation manipulation with the aid of suspension devices besides standard manual therapy.Constant-Murley score which reflected the extent of reaching-back difficulty was recorded before treatment and after 10 times＇ treatment.Results After treatment,Constant-Murley medial rotation score was （7.42±1.82） in treatment group and （5.57±1.70） in control group;Constant-Murley lateral rotation score was （7.75±1.22） in treatment group and （5.91±1.76） in control group.Conclusion Manual therapy with suspension has good clinical effect in reducing reaching-back difficulty of patients with primary frozen shoulder.
