康复新液与创面接触时间对其联用VSD治疗慢性骨髓炎的研究

摘　　要：目的 总结康复新液与创面接触时间对其联用负压封闭引流技术（Vacuum Sealing Drainage,VSD）治疗慢性骨髓炎（Chronic Osteomyelitis,CO）的影响.方法 回顾性分析本院2009年1月至2015年5月19例慢性骨髓炎采用VSD联合康复新液间断灌洗治疗的相关临床资料.根据康复新液与创面接触时间分为两组,对照组6例接触20～30 min,观察组13例接触10 ～ 20 min.结果 经过7～10d的治疗,观察组创面面积及深度平均减少均优于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组的伤口愈合总有效率为92.31％,显著高于对照组的83.33％,差异有统计学意义（x2=3.50,P＜0.05）.结论 负压封闭引流技术联合康复新液间断灌洗治疗慢性骨髓炎中,康复新液与创面接触时间在10～20 min效果更好、疗效确切.Objective To investigate clinical effect of rehabilitation new liquid combined with vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis （CO） and the effect of contact with wound time on it.Methods 19 cases of CO in our hospital from January 2009 to May 2015 underwent VSD combined with rehabilitation new fluid irrigation.According to the rehabilitation new fluid contact with wound time,all patients were divided into two groups：6 cases in control group （contact time 20-30 min）,13 cases in observation group （contact time 10-20 min）.Results After 7-10 days＇ treatment,the decreasing degree of wound area and depth in observation group were better than those in control group （P＜0.05）.The wound healing total effective rate in observation group was 92.31％,significantly higher than 83.33％ in control group （x2=3.50,P＜0.05）.Conclusion In VSD combined with rehabilitation new fluid irrigation in the treatment of CO,10-20 min of rehabilitation new liquid contact with wound time has better curative effect.
