摘 要:针对冶金行业在变频节能改造中的主要问题,结合邯郸钢铁公司的变频改造项目,提出采用一种节能服务公司与能耗企业合作的复合型合同能源管理(EMC)方式,对钢铁企业进行风机变频节能改造。双方共同分析确定影响分享节能效益指标的权重矩阵,并采用基于加权法的节能效益计算模型计算双方各自分享的节能效益,同时分析了项目实施后节能量基准的选取对分享节能效益的影响情况,对双方的项目收益进行预计。应用结果表明,采用这种复合型EMC方式进行变频改造是一种双赢的合作模式。研究结果对基于EMC方式的变频节能改造项目的实施提供了参考依据,对变频改造的广泛推广具有促进意义。According to the main problems of frequency conversion reconstruction for energy-saving in metallurgical industry,based on a frequency conversion reconstruction project in Hebei Iron Steel Group Hansteel Company,a complex EMC mode,in which energy service companies and energy consumption enterprises cooperate with each other,is proposed to perform frequency conversion reconstruction of fans in iron and steel enterprises for energy-saving. Both sides analyze and determine the weight matrix,which affects the index of the sharing of energy-saving benefits,together,compute respective share of energy benefits by using energy-saving benefits calculation model based on weighted method,analyze the influence of energy-saving reference selection on the share of energy-saving benefits after the implementation of the project,and predict the project benefits of both sides. Application results show that the frequency conversion reconstruction using this complex EMC mode can achieve a win-win situation. The research results provide reference to implement frequency conversion reconstruction projects for energy-saving based on the EMC mode,and promote the popular application of frequency conversion reconstruction.
